The Answer Is Always Coffee - 2026

What's the worst that could happen?

A question Brittanie has asked herself more times than she'd probably care to admit!

Created in August 2026, The Answer Is Always Coffee marks a significant turning point in Brittanie's life and artistic journey.

After relocating from Far North Queensland back to her home state of Western Australia, Brittanie found herself standing at what she describes as her point of no return.

For much of her late teens and early twenties, Brittanie lived by a rather questionable philosophy:

"Go big or go home!"

Once she'd set her mind to something, consequences be damned! Whether she was riding on the back of a bolting horse or throwing herself headfirst into another outrageously risky adventure, two classic Brittanie one-liners were never far behind:

"What are the chances of that happening?"

Followed closely by...

"What's the worst that could happen?"

Well, after a decade of growing up, learning a few lessons (some undoubtedly the hard way!) and discovering a little more about herself, what's the end product?

A caffeine-addicted artist who's decided to bare her soul to the world!

And what better way to mark that moment than with a good old-fashioned cup of coffee?

Warm, comforting and seemingly simple, The Answer Is Always Coffee represents far more than a favourite caffeinated beverage.

Not only was this Brittanie's first mixed-media artwork, but it also became the very first piece of her art to grace the walls of an art gallery.

A milestone that transformed something familiar and ordinary into something deeply meaningful.

While the artwork may not reflect Brittanie's usual bold and unconventional artistic style, its simplicity carries a message close to her heart.

Sometimes, the greatest pleasures in life aren't found in grand adventures, outrageous risks or chasing the next big thrill. Sometimes, they're found in the little things... a comforting cup of coffee, a moment to reflect and the quiet satisfaction of realising just how far you've come.

Beneath its warm coffee tones, swirling textures and playful marshmallows lies a story of growth, courage and the beginning of a new chapter.

Because while Brittanie may have traded some of her wild adventures for a paintbrush and an unhealthy dependence on caffeine, one thing hasn't changed.

She's still going big.

Only this time, she's putting her heart, soul and artwork on the line.

And when life leaves you wondering what comes next?
