At Brugs Creations, we take pride in creating vibrant, original artwork and high-quality art prints. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selections, or changes in personal preference.

Our Fine Art Prints are produced to order, specifically for each customer. For this reason, please carefully review your chosen artwork, size, framing options and delivery details before completing your purchase.

If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before production begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at brugscreations@gmail.com.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs of the affected artwork or product

• Photographs of the packaging, where relevant

Please retain the product and packaging until we have reviewed your request.

We will assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement, as provided by law.

For a failure that is not major, we are entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time. If we do not do so, you may have further rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Original Artwork

Original artworks are individual, hand created pieces. Natural variations in texture, brushwork and finish are part of their unique character.

We encourage customers to review artwork photographs, descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

Original artworks are subject to the same consumer guarantees as our other products.

Fine Art Prints

Our Fine Art Prints are produced to order through our professional printing and fulfilment partner, Artelo.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to individual monitor settings. However, this does not affect your rights if a product fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, including where it does not match its description.

Refunds and Replacements

Where a refund is required, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Where a replacement or return is necessary because a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, reasonable associated costs will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We will provide instructions if a product needs to be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back.
